UH Manoa Outreach College provides year-round courses for traditional and non-traditional students. This dual function marketing piece served as a folder and a brochure to market the college's various programs and capabilities. A vibrant color palette inspired by the states symbolic rainbows and imagery of diverse cultures brings a youthful and energetic vibe to attract new demographics and increase enrollment for the college.
